Ned himself was the one who carried out the executing of the Night Watch member, because of the belief he held about the one who does the sentencing should be the one that swings the sword. This honorable way to see this act was a foundation of Ned’s homeland, that being Winterfell. Being completely different than the later locations that Ned Stark would find himself in before his death. Winterfell, and somewhat the whole of the Northern part of the nation, seem to be a place which puts honor in the highest regard.              On the night of Khal Drogo and Daenery’s wedding night it is obvious that Daenery was a slave and forced to marry this big beastly man that she would have never intended to if she had a choice in the matter. It is no question the filmmakers wanted this night and the next couple of nights to be seen as rape. Daenery is forced to have sex with Khal Drogo at his will, and he doesn’t seem to be so gentle either. If you have seen this episode, he is quite rough.   In the show, Daenery is depicted to be only 13-15 years old, and in no way a girl of that age would know what she is doing. However, was it the right  choice of the filmmakers to do this? I would argue in favor of that. Although I have not read the book, I have skimmed over this section. Back Off My Girl Sansa             I have come here to back up my girl Sansa Stark for her strong role as a prissy teen and girly girl, even though that sounds like I’m talking bad about her I am not, it is the truth and she is also very proud of it. What a character she is and a very girly one at that which there is nothing wrong with at all just like I stated before. Sansa Stark. Why does everyone hate her? She is hated because she meets societies explanation of a woman. She is hated because she is caught up in girly things and as Rhiannon states in her post “ In Defense of Sansa Stark – Feminist Fiction ”, “the viewers have been taught that “girly” is automatically bad.” This is a misogynistic time period and as a woman in this time period they are expected to wear long dresses, look pretty, and have children. Sansa behaves exactly like this and as a result she is the most loved character in the book yet, the most hated in the real world. Sansa Stark – The Baddest Girl of Game of Thrones Sansa Stark, a girl, I say a girl because she is only 13 years old. A girl that started off as mine and many others least favorite female character.
